14 oz frozen shredded potatoes thawed (4 1/2 cups)
1 cup frozen peas
4 oz ham slices chopped (very lean)
1 can reduced calorie cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tbl flour
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 F. In large bowl combine potatoes, peas, ham. In a small bowl mix flour, parsley, salt, pepper into soup. Pour over potato mixture and blend well. Pour into 8x8 inch baking dish sprayed with butter cooking spray. Bake 25-30 mins.
