Instructions: Cook, drain and mash 2 quarts of Irish potatoes, pass through sieve.
Put in sauce pan with remaining ingredients. Mix well. Have a plain 2-quart mold well buttered and sprinkled with fresh breadcrumbs. Put potato mixture in it with a little more breadcrumbs, and bits of butter on top. Bake for half an hour in a moderately hot oven. Pass a knife blade between potatoes and mold, turn over carefully and in a few minutes take the mold off. Email this Recipe:
