Instructions: Mmmmmmmmm. I made something for lunch today and its too yummy to keep to myself. For those who eat cheese: Cut up 2 potatoes (with skin) and place ina large frying pan. Add 1/2 cup water. Add a touch of olive oil. Fry for 10-15 minutes, until soft, adding water as necessary. Sprinkle on non-fat shredded cheese and let melt. Sprinkle with Lowrys Seasoning Salt.
