1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Consomme
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
3 tbl Chopped parsley
Instructions:
Instructions: In buttered baking dish, combine potatoes, water, consomme, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons parsley, and butter. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender and liquid is reduced to approximately half of the original volume. Sprinkle with remaining parsley. Serve hot.
