Instructions: Peel & dice potatoes.
Heat oil in a non-stick skillet. When hot, put in the potatoes & fry till they are golden brown, stirring frequently. When they are golden, remove & set aside. Put red chiles into the oil, when they darken, add poppy seeds & 2 tb water. Stir & saute until the paste browns. Put in the potatoes, 3/4 c water & the spices. Stir to mix & simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Email this Recipe:
