Ingredients:

2 lb Small red new potatoes, scrubbed
3 tbl Olive oil
2 tbl Lemon juice
1 lrg Clove garlic, peeled and forced through a press
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut the potatoes in halves and place in a steamer basket. Steam in a covered pan with water at a low boil. Steam about 20 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. Drain and transfer to a bowl.

While the potatoes are cooking combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano in a small jar.

Pour the sauce over the potatoes and stir well to coat. Let sit 5 minutes and serve.
