Ingredients:

3/4 lb cooked ham minced
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
4 tbl green onion chopped
1 tbl capers (1 to 2)
1 tsp Dijon-style mustard or more to taste
1 tsp dried dill weed
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbl sherry optional
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a food processor fitted with metal blade. Process until desired consistency. Taste and adjust seasonings, if necessary.

Pack mixture into crock or mold (or even just a bowl) and chill.

Can also freeze for 3 months.

Serve with crackers.

Yield: 3 cups

NOTES : Great served with crackers for an appetizer or light lunch. This is also a good way to get rid of the last of any leftover ham.
