Instructions: In medium bowl, combine ground chicken, sage, fennel, red pepper flakes and pepper. Knead very briefly (excessive kneading makes poultry tough). Shape into 4 patties.
Spray small skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add patties; cook until well browned outside and cooked through inside, 3 to 5 minutes a side. Remove from skillet; season with salt. Yield: 2 servings. Email this Recipe:
