1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup honey
----------------- Garnish: ----------------
3 cup blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries (fruit of choice)
Instructions:
Instructions: Place (defrosted) cake on a serving platter.

Make mascarpone whipped cream: In bowl of electric mixer, beat cream, mascarpone cheese and honey on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.

Serve slices of cake garnished with berries, a dollop of whipped mascarpone cream, and a dusting of confectioners sugar.
