1/4 cup pear nectar
1/2 cup frozen diced pineapple
1/2 x frozen banana, sliced
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine tofu and pear nectar in a blender. Add all remaining ingredients.

Blend until smooth.

Makes 2 1/2 cups.

This smoothie is packed with protein and omega-3 fatty acids. Its perfect for sipping after you return from the gym.
