Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
2 lb	Ground round burger
1/2 lb	Ground pork
1 cup	Canned tomatoes
1/2 cup	Green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup	Mushroom
1 cup	Red wine
1 x	Egg
2 cup	Bread crumbs or crackers
1/2 cup	Canned pimentos
1/2 can	Onion, chopped

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix crumbs, egg, wine. Let set 15 minutes. Add rest of ingredients. Shape into loaf. Put in greased loaf pan. Cook medium-high one hour. Cook moderate w/bacon on top 1/2 hour.

Best meatloaf ever! Probably an expanded version of Meatloaf #1.

NOTES : This is my father-in-laws recipe. Its the best meatloaf I know.
