Instructions: In a shallow dish combine butter, vinegar, ketchup, salt, pepper and water. Add chicken and turn to coat well; cover and refrigerate. Marinate chicken several hours or overnight. Grill 5 to 6 inches above medium-hot coals for 35 to 45 minutes or until cooked through. Baste with marinade and turn 3 to 4 times.
