Instructions: 1 Melt the sugar in a pan to form caramel. Stir in the nuts and place on a non-stick sheet to cool slightly.
2 Blend the fruits. Add the mint and honey to the cream. Whilst the praline in still pliable, move onto the underside of a greased bowl and allow to cool forming a bowl. 3 To serve, pile the cream and the fruit puree into the basket, finish with a layer of cream and a mint sprig. Email this Recipe:
