Ingredients:

300 gm Minced prawns
1 tbl Minced garlic paste
1 tsp Coriander root, finely chopped
1 tsp Fish sauce
1 tsp Lime leaf, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Sugar
Trimmed lemon grass stalks
----------------- SAUCE ----------------
6 tbl Rice vinegar
4 tbl Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 x Garlic clove, very finely chopped
2 lrg Red chillies, seeded and finely chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: First make the sauce, boil the sugar and vinegar to a syrup then add the garlic, chillies and salt off the heat. Allow to cool. When cool add the coriander.

Mix all the prawn ingredients but the lemongrass together. Mould around lemongrass sticks and grill on all sides until golden brown.
