Instructions: Put the cheeses into a Kilnerjar then tuck the thyme around them.
Drop in the chillies and peppercorns. Pour in enough olive oil to cover the cheeses completely. Store in a cool dark place until needed; they will keep for a few weeks. The goats cheeses are particularly good with Bread and Butter Pickle and a lump of crusty white bread. Allow one cheese per person Email this Recipe:
