1 cup prik ki nu daeng (red chilies), prepared
5 tbl lemon grass, finely sliced
10 tbl shallots, chopped
10 tbl garlic, minced
5 tbl galangal (kha), grated
5 tbl coriander/cilantro root, chopped
2 tbl coriander seed
1 tbl cumin seed
1 tbl freshly ground black pepper
2 tbl shredded bai makroot, (lime leaves)
Instructions:
Instructions: (Note that except for the sugar and the use of red chilies this is the same as the prik kaeng kiao wan)

Follow the procedure for Green Curry Paste: toast and grind the dry seeds, and then blend all ingredients to a fine paste.
