Instructions: Cook CHEESE Tortellini according to package directions, and drain well. Set aside and keep warm. Spray 10" skillet lightly with Olive Oil. Add 2 TBL of Butter and melt. Chop garlic and lightly toast in skillet. Saute onions, add mushrooms, and continue sauteing until mushrooms are cooked. Add Italian seasoning mix and a little salt and pepper. Add milk, cream cheese, Parmesan, and blend into skillet ingredients. When well blended, add spinach and cook until spinach is limp. Stir in tortellini, cook until all is well-heated, and serve garnished with sliced roma tomatoes and additional Parmesan.
NOTES : TIPS:Start tortellini first this takes the longest. Make sure everything is ready to go. This takes about 15 min. to do and it tastes awesome. Email this Recipe:
