0.5 gallon
Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 lrg bay leaf
2 x 28-oz. cans whole tomatoes
1 x 46-oz. can tomato juice
2 tbl cornstarch
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients except cornstarch and water, simmer for 1 hour.

Strain - [Discard Bay Leaf - (save pulp for spaghetti). Make a paste of the cornstarch and water, add to strained soup. Serve hot.

Yield: 1/2 gallon.
