Ingredients:

15 tbl warm water 110 degrees
1 tbl active dry yeast
2 cup unbleached flour up to half whole
wheat
1 tsp sugar optional
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Add the sugar to the water and stir to dissolve. Add the yeast, stir and let sit until foamy. Combine remaining ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse to combine. With machine running add the yeast mixture and process until a ball forms. Turn dough (it will be wet) onto a lightly floured towel. Knead lightly for a couple minutes. Allow to rest for about 10 minutes before shaping and baking.

Optional additions: 1 tbsp caraway seeds 1 tbsp dillweed
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1tbsp minced garlic

NOTES : This couldnt be easier. It makes enough dough to make 1 large rectangular pizza.
