Instructions: Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min.
Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Saute chicken 2 minutes, or until no longer pink. Stir in salsa and reduce heat to medium. Simmer 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat taco shells as directed on package. Fill each taco shell with about 3 tablespoons chicken. Top with lettuce, cheese and sour cream. Email this Recipe:
