Instructions: Preheat broiler.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving tails intact. Add shrimp to maple mixture, tossing to coat. Remove from marinade, discard marinade. Cut the prosciutto into 24 strips. Wrap one strip around each shrimp. Place shrimp onto broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil for 3 minutes on each side or until done. Serving Ideas : See Complete Menu NOTES : Kristin: Ive made these a couple times. They are very good. Dont be tempted to marinate the shrimp too long, or baste with the marinade. The flavor will be too strong. Dont over-wrap the shrimp or the prosciutto wont crisp up. As far as Im concerned you could omit the mustard and chili powder. Ive done it both ways and cant tell the difference. I used Wild Turkey Rare Breed bourbon and real maple syrup. Email this Recipe:
