1 x Cuisine de France large traditional Ciabatta bread
6 slc prosciutto (Italian ham) or parma ham or any wafer thin salami or ham
6 lrg slices of cheddar cheese
Extra virgin olive oil
1 lrg clv garlic cut in half
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut the ciabatta in half lengthways and then half again. Sprinkle olive oil on each (cut side) and grill until golden on both sides. Rub the cut sides of the garlic over the toasted bread. Divide the cheese between the toasted bread, top each with a slice of prosciutto, arranging it in folds. Halve the tomato slices and place in the folds of prosciutto. Grill for a further 2 minutes.

Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil sprigs, serving two slices per portion.
