Prosecco is a delicious crisp italian sparkling wine that works perfectly with fruit juice. This kiwi fruit idea comes from Proseccheria Mionetto in Londons Kings Road. Feel free to experiment with other juices such as peach pear or apple.

To make kiwi juice peel and quarter some kiwi fruit and whizz in a blender with about 50ml water for every four kiwis. Add sugar to taste.
