Instructions: Finely dice onions, capsicum, olives.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add onion, garlic, and capsicum and gently cook 3 minutes until soft. Add tomatoes with juice, tomato paste, olives, white wine, sugar, cummin and celery salt, cook uncovered 20-30 minutes or until thick. Season well. Serve with vegetables, seafood, chicken.
