Ingredients:

2 tbl olive oil
1 x onions, medium
2 tsp garlic, crushed
1 x green capsicum
450 gm whole peeled tomatoes
1 tbl tomato paste
6 x olives, black
1/2 cup white wine
1 tsp sugar (caster)
salt, pepper
1/10 tsp cumin, ground
Instructions:
Instructions: Finely dice onions, capsicum, olives.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add onion, garlic, and capsicum and gently cook 3 minutes until soft.

Add tomatoes with juice, tomato paste, olives, white wine, sugar, cummin and celery salt, cook uncovered 20-30 minutes or until thick. Season well.

Serve with vegetables, seafood, chicken.
