Instructions: The lecithin is a soy
derivative that does contain a small amount of fat but is supposed to make baked goods softer and rise better. I *didnt* add the lecithin granules to one of her chocolate chip cookie recipes, and they turned out like rocks, so Im deducing from that it can make a big difference!
