2 cup Sifted rye flour
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Sugar
2 cup Sifted wheat flour
6 tsp Baking powder
1 x Egg, slightly beaten
1 cup Cooked prunes, chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Sift dry ingredients together. Combine egg and milk, add to flour mixture, stirring only until well mixed, stir in prunes. Turn into greased loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.

Makes 2 loaves.
