Instructions: Trim the pork fillets and cut away the silver thread.
Cut them lengthways without cutting them right through. Arrange the prune halves along one side of each fillet cover the prunes with 1 tablespoon of the raisins and with 1 tablespoon of the honey. Close up the fillets again enclosing the fruit and secure with wooden cocktail sticks or tie with thin string. Melt the butter in a pan and when it is hot fry the pork fillets until brown on both sides. Stir in the flour pour on the cider and bring to the boil. Add salt and pepper and the remaining raisins and simmer covered turning the pork once for Remove the sticks or ties and spread the remaining honey along the fillets of pork.
