1/2 cup Dried prunes
(or half prunes and half apricots)
1/2 cup Water
5 cup Seasoned dry bread crumbs
3/4 cup Melted butter
1/2 cup Chopped green pepper or celery
Instructions:
Instructions: Bring dried fruit and water to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Drain, reserving the liquid. Pit and cut fruit into 1/2-inch bits. Combine with crumbs, butter, green pepper, and celery, and moisten with just enough of the reserved liquid to hold together.
