Amount	Ingredient
1 bn	Red leaf lettuce
1 can	(11-ounce) mandarin oranges, chilled and drained
1 cup	Sliced, fresh mushrooms
1 sm	Bermuda onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 x	Green pepper, sliced into rings
1/2 x	Avocado, sliced
	----------------- DRESSING ----------------
1/2 cup	Mayonnaise
1/2 cup	Sour cream
1/4 cup	Dill pickle juice
1/2 x	Avocado mashed
1 tbl	Chopped parsley
2 tsp	Chopped chives

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix dressing ingredients ahead and refrigerate.

Mix salad ingredients and refrigerate. Toss with above dressing just before serving. This salad is great with steak. (Source: Colorado Cache Cookbook)
