2 lb Ground Beef, 90% Lean
1 cup Onion, Chopped
2 tsp Garlic, Chopped
2 tbl Chili Powder
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Salt
2 cup Roasted Green Chiles, Chopped
16 oz Stewed Tomatoes
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook beef in large skillet until brown and crumbly; drain excess fat. Add onions and garlic and cook until onion is wilted. Add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until chili is thick, about an hour. Serve with tortillas or crusty bread.
