Instructions: Coat a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the oil, parsley, Parmesan cheese, thyme, and onion powder, mix well. Add the bread dough and toss to coat completely, place in the muffin cups. Cover and allow to rise for 40 minutes or until doubled in size. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden. This recipe yields 12 rolls.
