Instructions: Add sugar, butter and salt to scalded milk. When lukewarm add yeast, eggs, and just enough flour to make a stiff batter. Cover and let rise. Roll small balls of dough about the size of a walnut and dip them in melted butter, then roll each ball in mixture of nuts, cinnamon and brown sugar.
Pile balls in an ungreased angel food pan and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake about 40 minutes. Bake until brown, turn pan upside down and remove right away. Serve warm, very good. I use Robinhood flour. Bake at 350 degrees. Email this Recipe:
