Instructions: Here is the recipe for pulut hitam (black glutinous rice with coconut cream).
Wash and drain black glutinous rice. Add salt, thin coconut milk and pandan leaves. Boil till mixture is thick and grains are tender. Add palm sugar and granulated sugar. Stir till dissolved.
