Instructions: Combine pudding mix, sugar, spices and milk in sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and mix in pumpkin. Chill, covering with plastic wrap or wax paper. Spoon into 4 parfait glasses alternately with whipped cream or topping and nuts or brittle.
