Instructions: Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine milk, oil, molasses, eggs, and vinegar; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in onion and cheese.
Spoon batter into an 8 1/2- x 4 1/2- x 3-inch loafpan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350F for 50 to 60 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan, and let cool on a wire rack.
Yield: 16 servings (116 calories per 1/2-inch slice).
