Instructions: In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients; set aside. In another bowl, combine eggs, ppumpkin and oil. Stir pumpkin mixture into dry ingredients just until moistened. Stir in apples. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins, filling 3/4 full. Combine streusel ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-22 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Yield 2 dozen.
