apple juice 1/4 cup -1/3 cup pumpkin 2/3 cup - 1 cup apple juice concentrate 1 tbsp. - 1 1/2 tbsp. brown/maple sugar 2 tbsp. - 3 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp. - 1 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 tsp. - 1/4 tsp oats 1/2 cup - 3/4 cup bread flour 1 1/2 cups - 2 1/4 cups yeast 1 tsp. - 1 1/2 tsp. optional dried apple, diced 1/4 cup - 1/3 cup ground nuts 2 tbsp. - 3 tbsp. Follow manufacturers directions cycle: raisin/mix; white, sweet; timer ok if no apple and/or nuts setting: light to medium Flour equivalents: small, 2 cups; medium, 3 cups; large, 4 cups Notes: from book - The pumpkin pie spice may be adjusted to taste.
