Instructions: I mixed about 2 tbs of pumpkin with 2 tsp of sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and a few good shakes of nutmeg, and spread it on a toasted bagel, and it was wonderful! And much more filling than jam, more like having hummus or something. So, I pondered other ways I could spice up the pumpkin for the next time, and decided that it might do well with a little curry and salt, for a spicy rather than sweet topping.
