4 x eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup sugar
1 can pumpkin (16 oz.)
2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt Cream Cheese Frosting:
2 cup confectioners sugar
1 pkt cream cheese (3 oz.) softened
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Instructions: Beat eggs, vegetable oil, sugar and pumpkin until light and fluffy. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix thoroughly together. Spread batter into an ungreased 15"x10"x1" baking pan. Bake at 350*F for 25-30 mins. Cool.

FROSTING DIRECTIONS: Cream together the cream cheese and margarine. Stir in vanilla. Add a little sugar at a time, beating well after each addition. Spread over the cooled pumpkin bars.
