Instructions: Preheat oven to 425 deg F.
Mix first 6 ingredients together & set aside. Blend pumpkin, tofu & honey in a food processor or blender until smooth & add to dry ingredients. Stir in milk, 1 T at a time until dough forms a ball. Roll dough out to 3/4" thickness. Cut with a biscuit cutter or knife. Place on baking sheets and bake until golden, about 10 min. Serve immediately. Email this Recipe:
