Instructions: Combine all ingredients and cook on low in a crockpot until smooth and thickened (several hours). You may need to leave the lid ajar at some point during the cooking time to allow the thickening.
Fill jars to 1/4" from top and process for 15 minutes in a boiling water bath. OR - freeze in small freezer containers or zipper bags. This keeps in the refrigerator for about 2 to 3 weeks. Barb Says: We love the aroma in our house when we make this in the crockpot. Email this Recipe:
