Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F).
Coat 10"x6" (or 8"x8") pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix the first 5 ingredients. Then add the remaining ingredients.
Beat on medium speed until blended.
Add: 1/3 c. miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Mix until blended.
Pour into baking pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cake pulls away from the sides of the pan.
