Instructions: Mix milk and pudding with hand mixer. Add pumpkin and spice. Chill.
Makes approximately six 1-cup servings. Each serving may be counted as 1 serving toward your fruit/vegetable requirement for the day, as well as 1/2 serving toward your milk requirement for the day.
