Instructions: 1. Pre-heat oven to 150deg.C. Line a 22cm square or round cake tin with Glad Bake.
2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, until mixed through. Sift together the flour and mixed spice. Stir in pumpkin, flour and fruit. 3. Spoon mixture into prepared tin, spreading evenly and ensuring there are no air pockets in the base of the tin. Press pecan halves across the top of the mixture. 4. Bake for about 1 hour, but start to check at 45 minutes. When cooked, remove from oven and leave to rest in tin for 10 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
