2 lb sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1/4 cup fresh pumpkin, cooked & mashed
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tbl golden raisins
8 oz apples, peel, slice & mash
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 F. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix together well. Place the mixture in a greased casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.

YIELD: 6 TO 8 SERVINGS
