Instructions: Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Beat together eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, honey, vanilla and pumpkin in large bowl. Stir in dry ingredients, all at once, just until moistened. Fold in nuts.
Spoon into 18 greased muffin cups filling almost to the top. Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 min. Remove muffins from cups and cool on racks. Serve warm. Makes 18. Email this Recipe:
