Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 x 15 oz. can Libbys pumpkin
1/2 cup good quality smooth peanut butter
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/3 cup Dark Brown sugar, packed firm
1/2 tsp table salt
2 tbl unsalted butter
1 can Campbells chicken broth
OR,
1/2 cup Pure Apple Juice
1/2 cup Half & Half
Instructions:
Instructions: Place ingredients in a large bowl. Puree with a mixer. Add to a large heavy boiler or saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook until piping hot. Do NOT boil.

Simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat. Add additional chicken broth or apple juice, water or Half & Half until soup is the consistency you want it to be. Or cook longer to reduce and thicken if desired. Taste test and adjust seasonings.

Vary soup by adding apple sauce, if desired.
