12 oz Orange colored Merkens wafers*
4 oz Butterscotch flavored wafers*
3/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Cinnamon candy oil (8 drops)
Instructions:
Instructions: *Dont use wilton. Purchase from a candy supply store.

Melt the wafers down and when of a smooth consistancy, add the flavoring and spices. Stir well. Next, pour in the sweetened condensed milk, stir well. Pour into your favorite 8x8 dish. You can also pour into a l lb candy box lined with foil. Spray dish or foil with Pam. Let set up, no refrigeration required. Cut into small pieces.

Microwave Method of melting chocolate: Place chocolate in glass bowl.(micro-safe). Heat on medium for 2 minutes - remove and stir. Heat at 30 second increments, stirring after each heating segment, until melted. Watch carrrefully as chocolate burns easily. Never add WATER it thickens the chocolate beyond repair. Use only oil based flavors. Vanilla flavoring is water based.

Thelma Says: I have a sweet tooth and acquired this recipe from a candy demonstration class. I dont particulary like pumpkin but this recipe is very good.
