1 x Unbaked pastry shell, (9")
1 can pumpkin, (16 oz.)
1 can sweetened condensed milk, (14 oz.)
2 x Eggs
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
Pecan halves
3 tbl firmly packed dark brown sugar
3 tbl whipping cream
Instructions:
Instructions: In large bowl, blend pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices and salt; pour into pastry shell.

Bake 50 to 55 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

Arrange pecans in circle on pie.

In small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients; cook and stir until sugar dissolves. Simmer 5 minutes; remove from heat. Cool 5 minutes; spoon over pecans.

Refrigerate leftover pie.
