Instructions: Mix pumpkin, sugar and mayo. Add eggs, mix well. Combine flour, soda, cinnamon and salt; add to the pumpkin mixture and mix until well blended. Pour into veg oil sprayed 10x15x1" pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until done. Cool. Mix all frosting ingredients well and spread onto cooled cake.
